Details
Obert Superfamily consists of several slightly different typefaces.
Obert BASIC is a 2-axis variable experimental modular typeface. Each module resembles a capsule in appearance and can rotate 180 degrees, and characters can tilt 45 degrees without distorting the module. With this, the letters are turned into abstract forms that can be used as decoration. Using the sliders to edit the Slant and Rotation, you can achieve the most unexpected results.
Obert BRIGHT is also part of the OBERT Superfamily. With the help of 2 variable axes, it can create the effect of brightness. And also each module can be rotated 180 degrees, creating a flickering effect.
Obert EXP is a separate 5 styles inspired by different properties of objects or things that surround us.
Obert Superfamily consists of 23 static styles or 2 variable + 5 static styles.
The name of the typeface comes from the Ukrainian word «Оберт», which means "Rotation".
