FAQ

Licensing

What is included in a font license?

Our font licenses cover all media — print, web, apps, video, and more — with a single, one-time payment. Each license is tied to a specific number of users or pageviews depending on the medium. Check our License page for full details.

Can I use your fonts for commercial projects?

Yes. All our licenses allow commercial use. Whether you're designing for a client, a brand, or your own business, you're covered from the moment of purchase.

Do I need a separate license for web, desktop, and app?

No. Our licensing system is designed to be simple: one license covers all media. You don't need to buy separate web, desktop, or app licenses.

Can I modify the fonts?

Minor modifications for design purposes (like adjusting spacing for a logo) are generally permitted. However, redistributing modified versions of the fonts is not allowed. Contact us if you need custom modifications — we offer font production and mastering services.

How many users can use the fonts?

Each license specifies the number of seats (users) included. If your team grows, you can upgrade your license at any time. Contact us for enterprise or large-team pricing.

Orders & Downloads

How do I download my fonts after purchase?

After your purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with download links. You can also access your fonts at any time from your account page on our website.

What file formats are included?

All our fonts include OTF, TTF, and WOFF/WOFF2 formats. Variable font families also include the variable font file. Everything you need is in one download.

Can I get a refund?

Due to the digital nature of fonts, we cannot offer refunds once the files have been downloaded. We encourage you to test our trial fonts before purchasing to make sure they meet your needs.

Do you offer trial fonts?

Yes! We offer free trial versions of all our typefaces. Trial fonts include a limited character set and are for testing purposes only — they cannot be used in production work.

Fonts & Technical

What are variable fonts?

Variable fonts are a single font file that contains multiple styles (weights, widths, slants) along a continuous axis. Instead of loading separate files for Regular, Bold, and Light, a single variable font file covers everything in between — resulting in smaller file sizes and infinite design flexibility.

Do your fonts support my language?

Most of our typefaces support an extensive range of Latin-based languages, including Western, Central, and Eastern European languages. Check each font's specimen page for its specific language support and character set.

How do I install fonts on my computer?

On macOS, double-click the font file and click 'Install Font'. On Windows, right-click the font file and select 'Install'. For web use, include the WOFF2 files using @font-face CSS rules — we provide ready-to-use CSS with every purchase.

Do you update your fonts?

Yes. We update our typefaces on a yearly basis — improving character sets, adding styles, fixing bugs, and expanding language support. If you've already licensed a font, you get all future updates for free.

Custom Work & Services

Do you create custom typefaces?

Absolutely. Custom type design is one of our core services. We work closely with brands and agencies to create bespoke typefaces that reflect their identity. Get in touch to discuss your project.

What is your process for custom font projects?

We start with a brief and exploration phase, then move through concept sketches, design development, and finally production and mastering. We keep you involved at every step. Timelines depend on scope, but most projects run 3 to 12 months.

Do you offer consulting services?

Yes. We offer typography consulting to help you choose the right fonts for your brand, pair typefaces effectively, and make informed typographic decisions. We also provide font production and mastering services if you have an existing font project that needs technical refinement.
